Discover practical strategies for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. Presented by Christy Giambastiani, DSS Senior Disability Management Advisor, and Prof. Sandy Ayala, ELSE.

This engaging session introduces the concept of neurodiversity, considers the neurodivergent learner experience, and explores neuro -inclusive communication and instructional approaches that promote success across diverse classrooms.  Emphasis will be placed on real-world applications and effective strategies for managing complex classroom dynamics—helping faculty build greater understanding, empathy, and flexibility in their teaching practice.
