Community Connect

Disability Services for Students strives to provide a space for DSS students to come together and connect with one another. Join us every Friday for Community Connect, where you participate in fun activities while getting to know other students!

Disability Awareness Month

The programming throughout Disability Awareness Month provides the SSU campus and local community members with an opportunity to collectively and individually reflect upon our own understanding of disability; increase our knowledge and understanding of the practical and social aspects of disabilities; challenge assumptions; and educate others and ourselves through presentations, hands-on activities, multimedia, and entertainment.
