Advising & Transfer Center
The Advising & Transfer Center plays a key role in assisting students to thrive and persist toward on-time graduation. Our team of Professional Academic Advisors provide holistic, proactive, and meaningful academic advising and individualized educational pathways to engage students in their learning experiences and promote self-authorship. We also offer curricular and co-curricular transitions programming specifically for first-year, second-year, and transfer students.

Center for Academic Access and Student Enrichment(CAASE)
The Center for Academic Access and Student Enrichment serves as a resource hub for underrepresented and underserved students at Sonoma State University. CAASE is a "one stop shop" comprised of six dynamic departments and support services. Students interested in CAASE can find a variety of support including: migrant education and information, disability services, academic and holistic advising, expert tutoring, community, and much more.

Information Technology (IT) Help Desk
The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for campus-wide technology needs at Sonoma State. We provide a wide range of services that include technical troubleshooting, hardware installation, account provisioning, lecture capture, computer and media equipment checkout, and classroom media support.

Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement (MESA)
Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement at Sonoma State University is part of a nationally recognized academic support program that provides a resilient learning community and strong base to students in the School of Science and Technology. The goal of MESA is to increase the number of historically underrepresented students who pursue and persist in STEM related degrees and ultimately, careers. Throughout their studies, the students in the program receive academic support and personal advising to keep them on track towards their degrees.
MESA meets every Tuesday at 5:00 pm, tutoring hours vary per semester.

SafeSSU is a secure website holds all the safety-related information available at Sonoma State University, including guidance and resources on reporting, counseling services, and advocacy.
Student Health Center
The Student Health Center provides high quality medical, public health, & health education services designed to support the retention, academic achievement & success of SSU students, facilitate healthy lifestyle choices & help promote a safe, healthy campus environment.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday excluding campus holidays & closures as shown on the SSU Academic Calendar. An Extended Hours Clinic is held until 5:30pm on Mondays - only when school year classes are in session. Summer hours & services may vary.
