What Mobile Apps are available for Canvas?

The Canvas by Instructure app is the mobile version of Canvas that helps you stay current with your courses anywhere you go. Download the FREE Canvas app on Android and iOS devices.

Set Up on Mobile Device

When setting up the App on your device select or enter the following school information:

Find my School: Sonoma State University
School Canvas URL: canvas.sonoma.edu or sonoma.instructure.com

Students

Canvas Student App is the mobile version of Canvas. Students use the app to access their courses and groups using a mobile device. Students can submit assignments, participate in discussions, view grades, and course materials. The app also provides access to course calendars, To Do items, notifications, and Conversations messages.

The Polls for Canvas app is used by instructors to request student real-time feedback in the classroom. All students need is a smartphone.
