• If you need a specific disability-related type of accommodation (single room, lower level, etc. ) in on-campus housing, contact the Disability Services /Housing offices to make a request. •Contact these offices early so you understand the process and can meet deadlines. 
• Accommodation requests will likely require a formal request from the student and documentation from a medical provider. 
• Approved accommodations may be limited to spaces available. 
• Research “move in early” options as an accommodation if needed and offered.
