If you have a student with an approved captioning accommodation, please submit the Captioning Service Request Form. This form will include basic information about your course and the media to be captioned. Please complete the form as soon as possible to ensure that your course materials can be captioned in a timely manner. The captioning process may take up to 10 business days.
If you need media captioned that is not associated with a student approved for captioning as an accommodation, please contact the Universal Access Hub.
